Buttero, a full-grain leather is renowned for its smooth grain texture and distinctive qualities. The inherent stiffness provides a satisfying firmness, and the material, having undergone thorough vegetable tanning, develops an attractive patina over time. The colors are rich and vibrant, and being full aniline, the dyeing process is done without color correction to maintain the leather's natural appearance and texture.
Hand saddle stitch using French linen thread by Fil au Chinois and includes a premium polished stainless-steel buckle. The strap's thickness is approximately 2.5mm to 2.8mm.
Buttero Vegetable Tanned Leather originates from the Conceria Walpier Tannery in Tuscany, Italy, renowned for their centuries-old traditional vegetable tanning techniques using tree barks.
